Master Data & Invoice Changes

Registration data must be kept up to date at all times – at stiftung ear just as much as in your packaging service contract. Changes to company name, address, legal representative or invoice data are subject to notification. We handle the process; every change can be ordered as an individual service.

Changes at stiftung ear – for your WEEE and battery registrations (ElektroG, BattDG):

  • Master data and address change
  • Change of company name
  • Change of legal representative
  • Change or new entry of invoice data

Changes to the packaging service contract – for your contract covering take-back and recycling of packaging:

  • Master data change in the service contract
  • Invoice change or reissue of an invoice
  • Supplementary report of packaging volumes for closed years

Not covered are changes to your own registration in the LUCID packaging register (ZSVR) – these remain your responsibility.

What to have ready: full company name with address, VAT ID and tax number, a current commercial register extract and – for packaging – your LUCID number.

Changes cannot be postponed. Outdated registration data can trigger queries from the authority and, in extreme cases, suspension of the registration. Report changes promptly rather than waiting for the next annual declaration.

Invoices already issued remain payable on the agreed date regardless of any data change; deferral is not possible.
