Ireland calculates producer responsibility differently from the other countries in this overview: the price depends on your annual turnover, not on the quantity placed on the market. You select the applicable turnover tier directly in the product.

Manufacturers without a branch in Ireland need an authorised representative on site. That role is performed by our partner company EPR Experts Ltd, based in Dublin.

  • Electrical equipment / batteries – five turnover tiers from under €150,000 to €10m; 6–8 weeks, monthly reports, €50 basic recycling included
  • Electrical equipment + batteries as a bundle – for annual turnover under €150,000; above that we prepare an individual quotation
  • Packaging – 8–10 weeks, recycling administration fee included

Because the tiering is based on turnover, we need a reliable turnover figure before registration. If your turnover exceeds €10m, please contact us directly.

Reporting for electrical equipment and batteries is monthly – we manage the ongoing deadlines for you.
