How do you report a change of company name to stiftung ear?
Change of company name at stiftung ear: €19.90 net. We report the new company name for you.
Under § 6 (1) sentence 4 ElektroG, changes to registration data must be reported without delay.
When do you need this service – and when not?
- Yes – your company now trades under a new name.
- Yes – after a merger the company continues the existing registration.
- No – only the address changes: address change, €9.90.
- No – you permanently give up placing on the market: WEEE deregistration, €15.
Which documents do we need for this?
- commercial register extract or business registration showing the persons authorised to represent the company
- a new authorisation, if you are registered through an authorised representative
- proof of legal succession, where applicable (e.g. following a merger)
