Change of Company Name at stiftung ear

Has your company name changed? We will report the change of name to stiftung ear for you.

We need:

• commercial register extract or business registration showing the persons authorised to represent the company
• a new authorisation or appointment of the authorised representative, if you are registered through an authorised representative
• proof of legal succession, where applicable (e.g. following a merger)
