Collection: ElektroG Disposal

Registration with stiftung ear triggers collection orders: you are obliged to collect containers from municipal collection points and dispose of them properly. Costs and logistics fall to the producer.

We take over the handling:

• Collection coordination in the ear portal – the order runs through us
• Handling via a verified disposal ID
• Broker system: an annual tender across the combined volume of all clients lowers recycling costs

Which package? The difference lies in the disposal costs:

• Under 5 t annual input – flat rate: The disposal costs are included, no further costs arise. Applies to large appliances, small appliances, small IT and telecommunications equipment and photovoltaic modules. For heat exchangers, screen devices and lamps there is no flat rate – please talk to us beforehand.
• From 5 t annual input – collection coordination and tender: Handling and the bundled tender are included. The recycling costs actually incurred are invoiced as they arise, at the conditions achieved in the tender.

The all-in packages for sole proprietors bundle guarantee and disposal at no additional cost; for heat exchangers, screen devices, lamps and gas discharge lamps a limit of 200 kg per device category applies.

Collection orders cannot be planned. When and how often stiftung ear assigns them depends on nationwide collection volumes, not on your sales. That is precisely why the cost coverage in the flat-rate package is the real value.

No registration, no collection orders – the registration itself runs through WEEE Compliance. The additionally required guarantee certificate is available under ElektroG Guarantee.
