Since our founding in 2020, we have been helping manufacturers worldwide meet their obligations under the ElektroG, BattDG and VerpackDG.

Our Expertise
We have extensive experience in extended producer responsibility (EPR). As your authorised representative, we ensure that your company meets all requirements – from quantity notifications, take-back and recycling to participation in our own producer responsibility organisation (OfH) for batteries. For packaging under the VerpackDG, ECOPACK GmbH acts as authorised representative.

We are an authorised representative under § 8 ElektroG – listed in the stiftung ear list of approved ElektroG authorised representatives (Liste der zugelassenen ElektroG-Bevollmächtigten) – and we operate a manufacturer guarantee system approved by stiftung ear for the collective guarantee under § 7 ElektroG, listed in the Liste zugelassene Herstellergarantiesysteme under the system name Authorized Representative Guarantee. Whether or not you need an authorised representative, we handle your registration as a one-stop service – or you can simply join our guarantee system on its own.
