What to include in your enquiry
You will get a concrete answer faster if your first message already covers:
- Which area applies — electrical equipment, batteries, packaging, single-use plastics, or several at once
- Whether your company has a branch (Niederlassung) in Germany, or sells from abroad and needs an authorised representative
- Your expected annual volumes in units or kilograms — per material, device category or battery category
- Any registration numbers you already hold — WEEE-Reg.-Nr. DE, battery registration number, LUCID registration number
- Whether this is a first registration, or a correction or transfer of an existing one
Who covers which role
ECOPV-EU GmbH acts as your authorised representative under ElektroG and BattDG, and is itself a licensed producer responsibility organisation (OfH) for batteries. For packaging under VerpackDG, the authorised representative role in Germany is taken by ECOPACK GmbH.
