Cancellation and refunds
ECOPV-EU GmbH

1. No right of withdrawal

ECOPV-EU GmbH concludes contracts exclusively with entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law (§ 1 (2) of our Terms and Conditions). There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal of the kind available to consumers.

2. Cancellation before performance begins

You may cancel an order as long as we have not yet begun performing the service – in particular as long as no submission to an authority or system (such as stiftung ear, the LUCID packaging register, DIVID or a dual system) and no commissioning of third parties has taken place. In that case we refund payments already made in full.

Send your cancellation, quoting the order number, to info@ecopv-eu.com. The refund is made via the payment method chosen at the time of the order, usually within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation.

3. After performance has begun

Once performance has begun, no refund is possible. Fees and levies already paid to authorities, systems or third parties are not refunded in any case.

4. Service period

Services with a service period (for example a calendar year) are rendered for the period stated in the service description and do not renew automatically. Early termination within the service period does not give rise to a claim for a pro-rata refund.

5. Termination for good cause

The right of both parties to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
