When do we reissue an invoice?
Reissuing the invoice for your packaging service contract: €10.00 net.
For example after a contract renewal, for year-end billing or after changed company details.
When do you need this service – and when not?
- Yes – the invoice should be reissued with changed company details.
- Yes – you need a new invoice document for year-end accounts.
- No – the company details themselves change: master data change, €12.00.
- No – it concerns invoices from stiftung ear: change invoice data, €9.90.
Which documents do we need for this?
- full company name with address, VAT ID and tax number
- contact details
- ZSVR or LUCID registration number
- commercial register extract or business registration
