EPR Poland

Poland bundles producer responsibility through the BDO number. Our packages include both the application for this number and membership of a producer responsibility organisation (PRO) – both are prerequisites for market access. The authorised representative role is performed for us by a partner company.

Unlike the other countries, we offer Poland exclusively as a bundle, because packaging is almost always involved:

  • Electrical equipment + packaging – WEEE up to 4,000 kg, packaging 150 kg paper and 10 kg plastic
  • Batteries + packaging – portable batteries up to 80 kg or industrial batteries up to 1,150 kg
  • Electrical equipment + batteries + packaging – all three waste streams in one package
  • Packaging on its own

The price depends on where your company is based – there are three tiers for companies outside the EU, within the EU and based in Poland. You select the applicable tier directly in the product.

Please note: these packages are designed for e-commerce companies. All reports are quarterly and registration takes 4–8 weeks.
