How do you report a new legal representative to stiftung ear?
Change of legal representative: €19.90 net. We report the change for you.
Under § 6 (1) sentence 4 ElektroG, changes to registration data must be reported without delay.
When do you need this service – and when not?
- Yes – your managing director or board member has changed.
- Yes – the person stored in the ear portal is no longer authorised to represent the company.
- No – your company name changes: change of name, €19.90.
- No – only the address changes: address change, €9.90.
