We offer 2 EPR packages for Denmark. In all cases the contracting party and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.

  • Electrical Equipment / Batteries – from €600, 6–10 weeks, reporting monthly, DKK 250 basic recycling included
  • Packaging – €500, 6–10 weeks, reporting: reusable packaging annually, single-use packaging quarterly

Note the difference: for Packaging the appointment of an authorised representative is included in the price; for Electrical Equipment / Batteries it is not.

Electrical equipment and batteries run in one package, packaging in its own. Electrical Equipment / Batteries from €600, Packaging €500, net per calendar year. If you ship devices with a battery in a cardboard box, you need both.

How often do I have to report in Denmark?

Electrical equipment and batteries monthly; for packaging, reusable packaging annually and single-use packaging quarterly. We monitor the ongoing reporting deadlines for you.

How long does registration in Denmark take?

6–10 weeks. These are values from experience, not guaranteed results. You may not sell while the registration is pending, so plan the lead time in.

What does an additional notification or a deregistration cost?

€30 per transaction. This applies to an additional brand or category as well as to deregistering a registration.
