Guarantee Package – Large Photovoltaic Modules

Insolvency-proof guarantee for large photovoltaic modules.

Photovoltaic modules are electrical equipment subject to registration. stiftung ear distinguishes them by size: modules with at least one external dimension over 50 cm are large photovoltaic modules – which applies to practically every standard module for rooftop and ground-mounted installations.

Whether a guarantee is needed depends on whether the modules can also be used in private households. As soon as your modules can reach private end customers, the guarantee under § 7 ElektroG is mandatory – at registration and for every following calendar year. Modules destined exclusively for commercial projects (b2b) are exempt.

Included in the package

• Tonnage tier of 1 t, 5 t or 10 t – a standard module quickly weighs 20 kg or more, so convert your unit figures in advance
• Proof of guarantee within 24 hours
