What does the packaging service package for Italy include?
Packaging Service Package – Italy (2026 + 2027): €350 net.
This package enables you to fulfill your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for packaging in Italy – exclusively for foreign companies. The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Authorised Representative in Italy for the 2026 + 2027 service period
- Registration with the relevant authority
- Quarterly reporting of quantities during the contract period
- Ongoing communication with the relevant authorities in Italy
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost of the service and what terms apply?
- Price: €350 net for the 2026 + 2027 service period, plus VAT
- Disposal: 100 kg of paper + 10 kg of plastic included
- Time until registration: 10–16 weeks
- Reporting frequency: quarterly
- Additional brand / category: available upon request
- Deregistration: €20
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated, statutory VAT, bank fees for transfers.
Important notes
- If changes in Italian law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement for an Authorised Representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these on. If these fees are not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank fees incurred when transferring official fees and ECOPV service fees.
