What does the packaging service package for France include?
Packaging Service Package – France (2026 + 2027): €700 net.
This package enables you to fulfill your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for packaging in France – household packaging only. The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Authorised Representative in France for the 2026 + 2027 service period
- Registration with the relevant authority
- Annual volume reporting during the contract period
- Ongoing communication with the relevant authorities in France
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost and what are the terms and conditions?
- Price: €700 net for the 2026 + 2027 service period, plus VAT
- Disposal: Includes a minimum disposal fee of €110
- Time until registration: 8–12 weeks
- Reporting frequency: annually
- Additional brand / category: available upon request
- Deregistration: €20
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated, statutory VAT, bank charges for transfers.
Important notes
- Additional services such as a second brand, a new product category, or the deregistration of an existing registration will be charged separately. We will provide you with the exact price upon request.
- If changes in French law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement for an Authorised Representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these costs on to you. If these fees are not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank charges incurred when transferring official fees and ECOPV service fees.
