What does the packaging service package for Germany cover?
Packaging Service Package – Germany (2026 + 2027): €200 net.
This package enables you to fulfill your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for packaging in Germany. The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Authorised Representative in Germany for the period 2026 + 2027
- Registration with the competent authority
- Volume reporting during the contract period – annually
- Ongoing communication with the competent authorities in Germany
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost of the service and what terms apply?
- Price: €200 net for the period 2026 + 2027, plus VAT
- Disposal: 100 kg of paper + 10 kg of plastic included
- Time until registration: 1–3 weeks
- Reporting frequency: annually
- Additional brand / category: available upon request
- Deregistration: available upon request
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated, statutory VAT, bank fees for transfers.
Important notes
- If changes in German law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement for an authorised representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these on. If these fees are not paid on time, we are entitled to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank fees for the transfer of official fees and ECOPV service fees.
