Electrical equipment and batteries service package – Ireland (2026 + 2027): annual turnover under €150,000: €950 · annual turnover €150,000–250,000: €1,150 · annual turnover €250,000–500,000: €1,350 · annual turnover €500,000 – €1 million: €2,150 · annual turnover €1–10 million: €3,750 net.
This package enables you to fulfil your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for electrical equipment and batteries in Ireland – for foreign companies. The package applies to the years 2026 and 2027.

What services are included?
- Authorised Representative in Ireland for the 2026 + 2027 service period
- Registration with the relevant authority
- Quantity reporting during the contract period – monthly
- Ongoing communication with the relevant authorities in Ireland
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost of the service and what terms apply?
- Price: annual turnover under €150,000: €950 · annual turnover €150,000–250,000: €1,150 · annual turnover €250,000–500,000: €1,350 · annual turnover €500,000 – €1 million: €2,150 · annual turnover €1–10 million: €3,750 net for the 2026 + 2027 service period, plus VAT
- Disposal: €50 basic disposal fee included
- Time until registration: 6–8 weeks
- Reporting frequency: monthly
- Additional brand / category: €30
- Deregistration: €30
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated otherwise, statutory VAT, bank fees for transfers.
Important notes
- Additional services such as a second brand, a new product category or the deregistration of an existing registration will be charged separately. We will provide you with the exact price upon request.
- If changes in Irish law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement for an authorised representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these on. If these fees are not paid on time, we are entitled to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank fees for the transfer of official fees and ECOPV service fees.
