What does the electrical and electronic equipment service package (WEEE) for Sweden cover?
Electrical and electronic equipment service package (WEEE) – Sweden (2026 + 2027): €850 net.
This package enables you to fulfil your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for electrical and electronic equipment in Sweden. The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Registration with the relevant authority
- Monthly volume reporting during the contract period
- Ongoing communication with the relevant authorities in Sweden
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost and what terms and conditions apply?
- Price: €850 net for the 2026 + 2027 service period, plus VAT
- Disposal: Basic disposal fee of SEK 500 included
- Time until registration: 6–10 weeks
- Reporting frequency: monthly
- Additional brand / category: €30
- Deregistration: €30
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated otherwise, statutory VAT, bank fees for transfers.
Important information
- Additional services, such as a second brand, a new product category or the deregistration of an existing registration, are charged separately. We will provide you with the exact price upon request.
- If changes in Swedish law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement to appoint an authorised representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these costs on to you. If these fees are not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank fees incurred when transferring official fees and ECOPV service fees.
