What does the electrical and electronic equipment service package (WEEE) for Belgium cover?
Electrical and electronic equipment service package (WEEE) – Belgium (2026 + 2027): €450 net.
This package enables you to fulfil your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for electrical and electronic equipment in Belgium. The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Registration with the relevant authority
- Reporting of quantities during the contract period – quarterly
- Ongoing communication with the relevant authorities in Belgium
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost of the service and what terms apply?
- Price: €450 net for the service period 2026 + 2027, plus VAT
- Disposal: €20 basic disposal fee included
- Time until registration: 6–8 weeks
- Reporting frequency: quarterly
- Additional brand / category: €20
- Deregistration: €20
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated, statutory VAT, bank charges for transfers.
Important information
- Additional services such as a second brand, a new product category or the deregistration of an existing registration will be charged separately. We will provide you with the exact price upon request.
- If changes in Belgian law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement for an authorised representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these on. If these fees are not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank charges relating to the transfer of official fees and ECOPV service fees.
