What does the Single-Use Plastics Service Package (SUPFondsG) for Germany cover?
Single-Use Plastics Service Package (SUPFondsG) – Germany (2026 + 2027): €200 net.
This package enables you to fulfil your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for single-use plastic products in Germany – exclusively for foreign companies. The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Authorised Representative in Germany for the 2026 + 2027 service period
- Registration with the competent authority
- Volume reporting during the contract period – annually
- Up to 10 brand names included
- Ongoing communication with the competent authorities in Germany
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost of the service and what are the terms and conditions?
- Price: €200 net for the 2026 + 2027 service period, plus VAT
- Disposal: disposal costs not included
- Time until registration: 1–3 weeks
- Reporting frequency: annually
- Additional brand / category: €50
- Deregistration: available upon request
Not included: volume-dependent disposal or scheme fees, official fees unless expressly included, statutory VAT, bank charges for transfers.
Important notes
- If changes in German law result in additional costs for us (e.g. a new requirement for an authorised representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these on. If these fees are not paid on time, we are entitled to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank charges incurred when transferring official fees and ECOPV service fees.
