What does the battery service package for the Netherlands cover?
Battery service package – Netherlands (2026 + 2027): €250 net.
This package enables you to fulfill your extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations for batteries in the Netherlands – portable device batteries and portable batteries (LMT). The package covers the years 2026 and 2027.
What services are included?
- Registration with the competent authority
- Quantity reporting during the contract period – annually
- Ongoing communication with the competent authorities in the Netherlands
The contract partner and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn.
What is the cost of the service and what terms apply?
- Price: €250 net for the service period 2026 + 2027, plus VAT
- Disposal: €20 basic disposal fee included
- Time until registration: 2–4 weeks
- Reporting frequency: annually
- Additional brand / category: available upon request
- Deregistration: €20
Not included: official fees, unless expressly stated, statutory VAT, bank fees for transfers.
Important notes
- Additional services such as a second brand, a new product category, or the deregistration of an existing registration will be charged separately. We will provide you with the exact price upon request.
- If changes in Dutch law result in additional costs for us (e.g., a new requirement for an authorized representative or higher official fees), we reserve the right to pass these on. If these fees are not paid on time, we are entitled to cancel the relevant registrations or certificates.
- The customer is responsible for all bank fees associated with the transfer of official fees and ECOPV service fees.
