What is this reporting page for?

Sales packaging data report Germany: customers with the sales packaging service package report the packaging volumes placed on the German market per material fraction for the reporting year 2026 and book the licensing fee (system participation fee) for the excess.

The form above credits the allowances included in the service package automatically: 100 kg of paper, paperboard and cardboard and 10 kg of plastics per calendar year. Only what goes beyond that is charged.

The reporting page can only be used after login and only by customers with a booked service package.

How does the data report work?

1. Log in with the account you used to order the service package.
2. Enter the volume per material fraction in whole kilograms, rounding up.
3. Choose “Report volumes and add to cart”: each fraction becomes one line, either the charged excess with its fee or, within the allowance, a line without charge.
4. Complete the order. The order confirmation contains our bank details; payment is by bank transfer.
5. Once payment is received we report the volumes to the LUCID packaging register and to the dual system. Both reports then match.

Which fees apply per material fraction?

Licensing fees for the reporting year 2026, net per kilogram, plus statutory VAT:

The material fractions correspond to the fractions of the data report in the LUCID packaging register.

How is the included allowance credited?

Your service package includes, per calendar year, the licensing fee for 100 kg of paper, paperboard and cardboard and 10 kg of plastics.

The form deducts the allowance still available from the reported volume and charges only the excess. Volumes already reported in earlier orders for the same reporting year are taken into account.

There is no allowance for the other material fractions; they are charged from the first kilogram.

Frequently asked questions

How often do I have to report?

At least once per calendar year for the volumes actually placed on the market; your service package provides for the annual report. If your volumes change significantly, report again in between. The allowance is credited only once.

My volumes are all within the allowance. Do I still have to report?

Yes, the report is mandatory in that case too. The form then creates lines without charge; the order closes at €0 and documents your report.

What happens after the order?

You receive the order confirmation with our bank details. Once payment is received we report the volumes to LUCID and to the dual system and confirm the report to you by e-mail.

I did not book the service package in the shop. How do I get to the reporting page?

Write to info@ecopv-eu.com and we will unlock your customer account.
