Anyone shipping goods to Poland also places packaging on the market and is subject to packaging producer responsibility. Poland bundles these obligations through the BDO number – without it, market access is impossible.
This package includes both the BDO number application and membership of a producer responsibility organisation (PRO).
Since 12 August 2026 Amazon has been verifying packaging registration in every EU country in which you sell or store. In Poland, listings without a valid registration number are deactivated with no transition period.
