Anyone placing electrical and electronic equipment on the Swedish market must register before the first sale. Manufacturers without a branch in Sweden need an authorised representative on site.
Scope of services
- Appointment of an authorised representative established in Sweden
- Registration as a producer of electrical and electronic equipment
- Monthly quantity reports for the equipment placed on the Swedish market
- Ongoing communication with the authority and the recycling system
The contracting party and invoicing entity is ECOPV-EU GmbH, based in Eschborn. The role of authorised representative in Sweden is performed by our group company Ecopv-sweden AB, based in Åkersberga near Stockholm. Both companies belong to the ECOPV group; there is no third party in the chain.

Sweden is one of the few countries with a monthly reporting obligation for electrical equipment. We take care of the ongoing deadlines – you only supply the quantities.
Who is this package for?
