ElektroG Disposal – Below 5 t (Flat Rate)

Disposal at a flat rate – for small-volume producers under 5 t annual volume.

Registered producers must have waste equipment collected and recovered as soon as stiftung ear orders a collection. For small volumes the effort involved is out of all proportion: you would have to find waste-management companies, negotiate prices and coordinate dates.

With this flat-rate package you hand over both – the cost and the organisation.

The guarantee under § 7 ElektroG is not included here. You will find it in our guarantee packages per device category or in the all-in package for sole traders.

This is how a collection order works: stiftung ear assigns you a container at a specific municipal recycling centre and sets a deadline. If you fail to respond, fines are possible. With this package the order goes directly to us – you are informed, but you do not have to arrange anything yourself.
