Enterprises need to sort out verifiable annual records covering transport packaging recovery and recycling conditions. These records classified by material categories and weights shall be completed before May 15 each subsequent year.

Compliance Proof Submission Requirement

Relevant documents proving full compliance with take-back and recycling standards shall be well prepared and submitted to authorized local government departments once requested.

Independent Operation Management Requirement

Those manufacturers and downstream distributors whose packaging products are not involved in unified recycling systems need to establish complete independent management systems to standardize transport packaging recovery and recycling procedures.

Funding and Operational Arrangement Requirement

Enterprises excluded from unified recycling schemes shall build complete self-management mechanisms to arrange operational plans and conduct rational financial allocation.
